Hi friends,
I hope you have been taking care and being gentle with yourself this week.
I am popping in today to remind you that tomorrow we have a group journaling session with writer and mental health advocate
.Practice sessions are 90-minute group journaling sessions for paid subscribers that feature special guests who share their creative journey with us as well as a writing prompt. In the first half of the session, we learn about different paths to creative fulfillment as we chat with our guest about their creative path and areas of expertise. For the second half, our guest shares a prompt with us, we spend some time writing, and then we discuss our insights and discoveries.
These sessions allow you to:
learn about different paths to creative fulfillment
charge up with fuel and inspiration for your writing practice
discover new entry points to healing and expression
explore new ideas, themes, and practices
benefit from the collective wisdom of the community
get words on the page
