Ooh, that's a tough one...one of my favorite recent reads is Hidden Potential by Adam Grant. A quote that I loved, "Traveling great distances requires courage to seek out the right kinds of discomfort, the capacity to absorb the right information, and the will to accept the right imperfections."
One of my favorite self-help books is “Talk to me like I’m someone you love” it’s geared towards helping couples communicate but I think it’s great for anyone who wants to be a better communicator period.

Yes! I'm so glad it resonates, Carlie!
my favorite self help book isn't a self help book, it's the novella, The Alchemist. read it and you will know why
Absolutely! A coworker gave me that book about 12/13 years ago and it changed my life.
I read it at least once a year and always in one sitting, it’s the best read ever!
The Mountain is You is one of my favorite self help books! The specificity of her words made me weep many many times.
I just added that one to my collection! Havent read it yet, but I got that one and This is How You Heal.
I've heard great things about This is How You Heal too!

That sounds good! I used to say those exact words to my partner often.
"Writing and rewriting my story has given me reign over my reality again" phew!
So glad this resonates, Jolie! ♥
