Ooh, that's a tough one...one of my favorite recent reads is Hidden Potential by Adam Grant. A quote that I loved, "Traveling great distances requires courage to seek out the right kinds of discomfort, the capacity to absorb the right information, and the will to accept the right imperfections."

my favorite self help book isn't a self help book, it's the novella, The Alchemist. read it and you will know why

The Mountain is You is one of my favorite self help books! The specificity of her words made me weep many many times.

One of my favorite self-help books is “Talk to me like I’m someone you love” it’s geared towards helping couples communicate but I think it’s great for anyone who wants to be a better communicator period.
